This website is run by Bevl Limited, trading as Bevl Software, a company registered in England and Wales. “We” and “us” in this notice mean Bevl Limited.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter (your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company and message), the page you sent it from, and the time and IP address of the request.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. They’re deleted automatically after 30 days.
This site doesn’t use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a request you’ve made. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries are stored on servers we control, sent to us by email, and recorded in our own customer management system. We keep enquiries for two years if they don’t lead to work, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@bevlsoftware.com or calling 01462 558585.
